The pandemic taught us many things about employee benefits, one of which is the continued need to address Health Equity and DE&I. A recurring theme to support employers and the families of their employees is the ability to incorporate digital health to assist in providing better access, same/better medical outcomes and at a lower price. I enjoyed moderating this session with the executives from eBay, Willis Towers Watson, and Lark Health to discuss.
